Prior to joining Franklin Hill Capital, Timm Bellazzini was a Partner at Sikich LLP and the National Co-leader of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. Mr. Bellazzini was responsible for the growth, strategy, and leadership of the TAS practice as well as delivering consulting and advisory services around M&A transactions to a variety of middle-market businesses, private equity groups, and family offices. Mr. Bellazzini advised on over $500 million of transactions in the manufacturing, distribution, business, professional, and marketing services sectors. Mr. Bellazzini was also a member of Sikich’s corporate development team, leading financial diligence on firm acquisitions. Prior to leading the TAS practice, Mr. Bellazzini provided audit, assurance, and consulting services to national and international businesses. Mr. Bellazzini began his career at Grant Thornton.

Mr. Bellazzini received a Bachelor of Arts degrees in accounting and business management from North Central College and a Master of Accounting Science degree from Northern Illinois University. Mr. Bellazzini is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
